Mom’s Marinated Flank Steak Pinwheels

These marinated flank steak pinwheels are easily made by slicing flank steak and marinating overnight in a very simple blended marinade. Each strip, rolled into a pinwheel and secured with a toothpick, cooks quickly on a grill pan or griddle. We love serving these with rice and/or crusty bread.
