1 package boursin garlic and herbs
8 eggs
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
2 Place block of Boursin in the center of the baking dish.
3 Crack 8 eggs carefully into the baking dish around the block of Boursin.
4 Bake in the preheated oven until the egg white around the block of Boursin is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Yolks may be slightly runny.
5 Using a fork, mash the eggs and Boursin together until until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
