Frequently asked questions
What is Supensa?
Supensa is a recipe search engine without the bloat — no life stories, no pop-ups, no autoplay videos. We index recipes published across the web and show their ingredients and steps in a clean format, with a link back to the original source.
Is Supensa free?
Yes. Supensa is free to use on the web and in the mobile app.
Do I need an account?
No. You can search and read recipes without an account. Creating a free account lets you save recipes to your cookbook, like recipes, and sync them across your devices.
How do I delete my account or my data?
You can delete your account at any time — it’s permanent and removes your saved recipes, likes, history, and notification settings. Two ways:
- In the app: open Supensa → Profile → Delete account.
- On the web: use our account deletion page — no app needed.
Still stuck? Email [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for what we store.
How do I turn notifications on or off?
You can enable or disable Supensa notifications at any time from your device’s system settings, under Notifications → Supensa.
A recipe looks wrong or is missing ingredients.
Supensa displays recipe data as published by the original source. If something looks off, you can always tap “View original” to see the source page — and please let us know so we can improve our index.
Can I suggest a recipe website to add?
Absolutely. Send the site to [email protected] and we’ll take a look.
I own a recipe site and want my content removed.
We respect publishers. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll address removal requests promptly.
