1 Jalapeno, sliced thin
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
1 egg + 1 tablespoon water (egg wash)

1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2 Start by drizzling hot honey onto the prepared baking sheet in 4 separate sections. Arrange slices of jalapeño on top of the honey. Sprinkle on bacon, Parmesan cheese, and Cheddar cheese.
3 Slightly roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into 4 even rectangles. Place 1 puff pastry rectangle on top of each jalapeño section and press down the edges. Brush with egg wash.
