2 Yukon gold potatoes, rinsed, peeled and cut into chunks
2 green onions, sliced thin
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground blackpepper

Instructions

1 Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until fork tender, about 30 minutes. Drain. Place potatoes in a bowl.
2 Mash potatoes slightly with a fork or potato masher. Add green onions, sour cream, cumin, salt, and pepper and stir until smooth. Serve with pretzels, bread, or chips.
