2 (18 oz) bags store bought refrigerated lobster ravioli
1 (16 oz) container store bought lobster bisque
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or spray with cooking spray.
2 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster ravioli 1 minute shy of the package cooking time. Drain gently.
3 Spoon a few scoops of lobster bisque onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
4 Arrange the cooked ravioli in the dish. Pour remaining lobster bisque over the top, gently nudging the soup in between the ravioli so everything is coated.
5 Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan.
6 Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake until bubbly and lightly golden on top, 10 to 15 minutes more.
7 Garnish with chopped parsley.
8 Serve warm and enjoy!
