1 celeriac root
1 tablespoon butter, or more to taste
½ cup cream
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Instructions

1 Peel celeriac root and cut in half. Cut each half into 1/4-inch thick slices, and julienne.
2 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add celeriac sticks, and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 10 minutes. Add cream and Parmesan cheese and cook until cheese has melted. Season with salt.
