Air Fryer Potatoes

1. 1 Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 4 minutes. Wash and quarter the baby potatoes.
2. 2 Add the potatoes to a large bowl. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
3. 3 Cook for 15 minutes in the air fryer, until golden brown with crispy edges, stopping halfway through to shake.
4. 4 Garnish with minced parsley and additional salt and pepper, if needed.
