Ingredients

1 cup raw almonds (soaked overnight)
3½ cups filtered water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

Instructions

1 Combine the almonds and water in a blender and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until creamy.
2 Place a nut milk bag over a large bowl and strain the milk, squeezing out as much liquid as you can.
3 Add the maple syrup and vanilla, if desired.
