Irish Cream Coffee Creamer

1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
2. 2 Heat heavy cream and sugar together in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves. Whisk in cocoa powder, espresso, vanilla, almond extract and salt.
3. 3 Remove from heat and cool slightly. Stir in half-and-half and refrigerate until ready to serve.
