Ingredients: 2 pounds steak (sirloin, ribeye, or new york), cut into 1-inch cubes; 2 tablespoon olive oil; 2 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon black pepper; 1 teaspoon garlic powder; 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional); 6 tablespoon butter; 6 garlic cloves, minced; 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

2 pounds steak (sirloin, ribeye, or new york), cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
6 tablespoon butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1 Pat steak dry and season with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2 Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet, sear half the steak for 2 minutes per side until browned, and remove to a plate. Repeat with remaining steak cubes. Remove to a plate.
3 For garlic butter, lower heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4 Return steak bites to the skillet; toss steak bites in garlic butter. Spoon sauce over steak while tossing.
5 Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
