2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper (or substitute black pepper)
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

1 Whisk together all of the ingredients in a small bowl until evenly combined.
2 If desired, process the mixture in a spice grinder (or grind with a mortar and pestle) until a fine powder forms, about 30 seconds.
