Ingredients: 1 1/2 pound lean ground beef; 1 1/2 cups chopped onion; 2 tablespoons chili powder; 4 cloves garlic, minced; 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin; 3/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper; 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon; 1 (28-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes; 2 (15-ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained; 1 (11.2-ounce) bottle stout beer (such as Guinness); 1/4 cup Worcestershire; 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup; 2 tablespoons tomato paste; Sour cream; Chopped green onions (optional)

Guinness Chili

This Guinness chili with with ground beef, kidney beans, and fire-roasted tomatoes is perfectly seasoned. Worcestershire and stout beer deepen the flavor and it's ready in under 1 hour, too.

1 Cook ground beef and onion in a 6-quart pot over medium heat, breaking up beef with a wooden spoon, until beef is no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain grease.
2 Season with chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon. Cook and stir until fragrant, 1 minute.
3 Mix in undrained tomatoes, beans, beer, Worcestershire, maple syrup, and tomato paste. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 20 to 25 minutes.
