1 In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts in the flour mixture, then set aside.
2 In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat, swirling to evenly coat the bottom of the pan. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
3 Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat, then add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté for about a minute, until the garlic is fragrant.
