2 cups granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

1 Place the sugar and cornstarch in a high speed blender and blend for 30 seconds, or until fluffy.
2 Store in an airtight container. If the powdered sugar gets lumpy, sift before using.
