1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 (12 ounce) turkey tenderloin
1 tablespoon olive olive oil

Instructions

1 Preheat the air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
2 Add onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper to a small bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
3 Place turkey tenderloin on a clean work surface. Brush all sides with olive oil. Sprinkle spice mixture on all sides of the tenderloin; press lightly into the meat to adhere.
4 Place tenderloin in the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. Flip tenderloin over and cook 10 minutes more.
5 Transfer tenderloin to a cutting board and let rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
