1 Coat a 9x9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. You can also line the pan with a piece of parchment paper that extends over 2 sides to act as a sling for removing the treats.
2 Pick out about a cup of marshmallows from the cereal and set aside to top the finished treats.
3 Set a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat. Add the butter and cook until completely melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Add the bag of mini marshmallows and salt and cook, stirring occasionally, until the marshmallows are melted, about 3 minutes.
4 Remove the pot from the heat and add the cereal. Stir quickly, making sure all the cereal is coated in the marshmallow mixture. Carefully scrape the cereal mixture into the prepared pan. Use a spatula to press the treats evenly into the pan. Top the treats with the reserved marshmallows, pressing them down gently so they stick.
