1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup smooth peanut butter
4 tablespoons butter
¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cup powdered sugar (+ additional for topping)

Instructions

1 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside. Pour Nutter Butter Bites into a large bowl.
2 Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 45 seconds, stir, then microwave in 20 second intervals (stirring between each interval) until completely melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
3 Pour chocolate mixture over Nutter Butter Bites and toss to evenly coat each bite.
4 In a large resealable plastic bag, add half the confectioner's sugar, followed by half the bites, remaining confectioner's sugar, remaining bites (layered so the bites are evenly coated). Seal the bag, and shake until the bites are coated with confectioner's sugar.
5 Pour bites onto the baking sheet and spread in an even layer, let cool. Top with additional confectioner's sugar if desired. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
