Alfredo Gnocchi Bake

1. 1 Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
2. 2 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook and stir until fragrant, about 40 seconds. Stir in evaporated milk and cream. Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.
3. 3 Add gnocchi; toss to coat. Pour gnocchi into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with black pepper.
4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 25 minutes. Serve hot.
