Almond-Sesame Soba Zoodles with Quick-Pickled Veggies
These soba noodles are lightened up with zoodles (zucchini noodles). Toss with peanut sauce and top with colorful quick-pickled cucumbers and radishes for a refreshing spring/summer dinner.
