1 In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and well combined. The cream cheese may form little clumps, usually if the sour cream is much colder, but just keep whisking and it’ll become smooth again in no time. Stir in the minced dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper until evenly distributed. Gently fold in the green onions.
